The platform enables the registered organization employees to have access to timely and accurate details on benefits, salary, performance, HR related information, and organizational news. To get enjoy the Ultipro Login Employees Payroll services and benefits, users need to be registered.
How to sign up
• To register, you need to visit the Ultipro website; ultimatesoftware.com.
• On the right top corner, select the “customer login” button that will redirect you to the login form.
• Because you are not yet registered, select the signup link below the login form which will take you to the sign up page.
• Enter your AR number. This number is available to personnel with access to the configuration page as well as the Ultipro system users. You will get your AR number from the HR department.
• Enter the company name you work for.
• Enter your name
• Enter your email address and confirm it by entering it once more in the subsequent field. The email address can be corporate or personal. However, it needs to be an active account because an email will be sent to this address to verify the account details and it will also be used to recover a lost password.
• Select your job title from the drop down menu.
• Enter your business phone number
• Complete the Captcha quiz meant to prevent spam registration
• Click “submit my request” to complete the signup process
How to login
There are two ways users can Ultipro Login Employees Payroll. The first method is suitable for a user visiting the Ultipro Login Employees Payroll using login credentials given by their organization.
• Visit the Ultipro website and select the “customer login” button on the right top corner.
• Once you are in the login page, enter the temporary password provided by your employer.
• Once you are logged in, change your password for security reasons.
The second method is for users who are already registered:

Ultipro lost password
The process of recovering a forgotten password is quite easy and intuitive. You will need visit the login page; below the login form, click in the “forgot your password?” link. This will redirect you to the reset password page where you will:
• Enter the email address you used during the signup process. Note that your email also serves as your username.
• Click the “submit” button; you will get a prompt that an email has been sent to you email address to help you recover or reset your password.
• Log in to your email to see the email sent by the Ultipro platform. Once you open it, you will see a link that will redirect you back to the Ultipro website and give you access to your dashboard.
• You can now change your password. Make sure you use a password that you can remember to avoid similar problems in future, but should not be easy to guess, for security reasons.
It is important to note that the site supports a mobile version accessible through hand held devices; however, the process of login, registration and password recovery is similar.
